Note: Its Called Arclight, but with the new smiler looking Arbiter Vel Koz skin it could be Arbiter Thresh and that would make sense

It was called Arclight Thresh, i saw this floating around about a year ago and loved it then, and still do.
i like the skin however im not sure how pretty much an arclight skin would do with thresh it just doesen't seem to match his personality
I'd like to see this theme for Xerath. Or really anything that isn't just a color swap.
I already tripped on a internet hole when BM Thresh came out! I can't keep tripping on these holes and having money disappear every time a new Thresh skin drops!
