Not Getting My Hexakill Icon

It's been over 24 hours and I still haven't gotten mine after winning 3+ games..

Just wait a few days. If it doesn't come by the last two days of The Harrowing, then get worried. I doubt the system wouldn't give you the icons just because. Sometimes you have to wait.

I won a ton of hexakill games yesterday and I also have still not received the icon. :(

Same, won a bunch of games now, more than 24 hours later neither my friend nor I have seen the icon yet.

I have also had this problem and i did both of the "challenges" i hope this bug can be splat

This happens with most event, no redeem on website icons. I want to say last year's Harrowing they said it could take up to 3 days to get the Icon, if it took longer to contact them, but it's possible I'm mixing that up with something else.

Just be patient. It doesn't impact the game in any way.

yeah i won 5 games and no icon, friend gifted me and he won 3 and he did not get either. i am so used to the older events when you did stuff like this it would be given right after the last match was done.

I've had a similar with the new icons not coming through. I have sent like 3 or 4 gifts and I still have yet to receive my icon for the gifts.

Have the same exact problem - gifting and 3 hexakill wins.

bump ...no hexakill yet -- about 30 hours won all three games. sad puppy but I'm sure they will fix it. Just post if you have the issue too and Riot will get on it. They always do.

Yup, no icon for me either. It's been a day and a half now since I got my three wins and nothin'. I'll wait a couple more days, but after that I'm definitely contacting Riot.

4 consecutive wins and still no icon...

Is it possible that, when they give all the icons, that they know who have to receive them? Not that we have to win 3 games, all over again

I've won my 3 games on the first day and still haven't got my icon. Some of my friends have received it, some didn't. It makes me feel better that I'm not the only one having this issue, but it still is kind of frustrating.

I liked the system you had with the Shurima even, where you had to redeem your gifts. Why not doing it again?

I've won the 3 games first day it came out . Now its been like 48hrs or more that i still haven't received mines yet.

48+ hours i have not received any of the rewards.

I did the gift way, and just let me tell you, it sucks wasting RP and not getting anything back. As of now I still don't have the icon.

Got it the first day hexakill was available, got the icon a few hours later. Just be patient people

still haven't gotten mine either. i also mystery gifted my friend twice and haven't gotten the icon for that either

Why hasn't a Rioter posted anything here? This is some thing they should address.

I've won six and still nothing.

I bought a skin for a friend and won 4 games and that was almost two days ago... Im gonna be really disappointed in riot if I dont get my icons.
