@Riot Is Dragon Master Swain still happening ?
You guys said that will make this skin a while ago.....so any update on that ?

LostFr0st1 votesThe update was that Swain needs a VGU before he gets any skin like that, otherwise they'd have to completely redo the skin and that would be a waste of resources.

Wordofmask2 votesAs of now, Swain is in tier 2 of VGU list. Tier 1 are Galio Urgot and Eve. I think they will rework them first. If Swain could be slotted after them, We might expect his VGU next year. The problem is Swain is not alone in tier 2, There are other champs like Irelia Panth Nunu and many who could be worked before him. After they finished works on Warwick (December or Jan) We might get a clear direction for Swain in 2017 from the team.
