Siege, The Shadows Hand.
While at work i was brainstorming champion ideas, this is my best one, very simple and straightforward champion with high potential and difficulty
Siege is a tall, slender, black cloaked man missing an arm with the other arm sticking out of the cloak with a long wicked sacrificial dagger (http://upload.wikimedia.org/wikipedia/commons/thumb/4/4d/COLLECTIE_TROPENMUSEUM_Kris_met_schede_TMnr_A-1448.jpg/260px-COLLECTIE_TROPENMUSEUM_Kris_met_schede_TMnr_A-1448.jpg) (i didnt really care for appearance)
Role: AD Assassin Energy based
(Passive) Assassins Vigor: Landing an ability on a champion grants critical strike chance and applies a stack of Focus to the target, stacking up to 5 times. Basic attacks refresh the duration. Critical strikes restore energy. Focus stacks cause abilities to have additional effects. Assassins vigor and focus stacks stacks time out after 6 seconds.
(Q) Honed Dagger: Medium range skillshot that deals AD damage, low cooldown. If the target has 3 stacks of Focus, the dagger ignores 15% of targets armor.
(W) Widow Spike: Refreshes basic attack, Siege's next basic attack deals increased AD damage and applies a slow. If the target has 3 stacks of focus, The slow is amplified. Moderate cooldown.
(E) Shadow Step: Rapidly Dashes a short distance, granting Invisibility very briefly (only during the dash). Landing an ability on a champion refreshes the cooldown. If the target has 3 stacks of focus, the dash also applies a brief slow if he dashes through a champion. Moderate cooldown. This ability does not affect Siege's passive nor does it reset Shadow Step's cooldown.
(R) Flesh's Demise(1): (Skillshot) Siege brandishes his weapon, then lunges forward (Invisible?) a large distance (500-600 units?) with weapon extended, Dealing heavy AD damage that increases based on Focus stacks (5%/stack). If the target has 5 stacks of focus and gets struck from behind, Flesh's Demise deals true damage instead OR (R) Flesh's Demise(2): Siege Vanishes entirely (Shaco Ult) for 2 seconds, During this time he may recast the ability within 600 units and the direction he wishes to lunge (300 units), Siege appears and brandishes his weapon, then lunges forward to inflict Heavy AD Damage that increases based on Focus stacks (5%/stack). If the target has 5 stacks of focus and gets struck from behind, Flesh's Demise deals true damage instead. Failure to cast within the Vanish period causes siege to reappear with the ability to cast the second effect from his current location for the next 4 seconds.
Siege is a single target assassin that relies on precision and control. His primary ability is his (E) to stick to his targets and to keep him alive during teamfights, while his Q focuses on stacking focus and Refreshing his E to keep him out of danger until he his ready to move in. His W will grant him good sticking ability as it slows the target and refreshes his E. Ill Leave the Lore, Appearance, and Balancing to Riot.
