The queue system Makes trolls hold u hostage

Fix this shit, im tired of getting punished because someone doesnt get their role and decides to FUCK EVERYONE. They know that someone will dodge. make it where say, u can report people pregame, and once they accumulate enough reports, they get placed on a list of people that who, when in champ select, if they get reported enough again, it makes THEM dodge and have to be penalized. That way the occasional player that would get randomly reported for doing something not meta, but not intentionally trying to do over your team, wont get punished, and people that consistently make others dodge for them, get punished.
