Champion Concept: Kuujar, the Eager Retiree
The idea surrounding this champion would be that he was a young engineering professor at the Academy which Vladimir, Ekko, Ahri, and Darius attended who had an obsession over the fascinating usage of blood. Kuujar had conducted numerous small-scale experiments during his time at the Academy which had given him a reputation for his breakthroughs and achievements, but he wanted to operate on a larger scale, namely on living beings.
His basic attacks would be the result of condensing his own blood within his gloves.
- Passive: Perforate Three consecutive against the same target pierce the enemy, causing severe bleeding. The initial blood spurt travels in Kuujar's direction, healing him, and making him desire more. The punctured victim leaves a trail of blood Kuujar is able to sense. He is able to collect the blood while moving on the trail and doing so grants him a small movement speed buff.
- Q: Accumulation (Toggle) Kuujar spends additional time and blood accumulating more powerful basic attacks that deal increased damage and a brief slow.
- W: Leech Kuujar launches a suction tube in a target direction to latch onto an enemy, leeching their life force to regain his own. The tube slows the enemy for three seconds or until the enemy moves out of the tube's reach.
- E: Hyperdrive For a period of time, Kuujar's gloves are put into hyperdrive, speeding up the creation of his basic attacks. After the period is over, the gloves must cool down, preventing him from using them.
- R: Enhanced Senses Upon activation, Kuujar sacrifices a portion of his own health to heighten his senses to identify all life forces around him and is made aware of their health. He gets excited and gains increased damage against all targets, immediately triggering Perforate on any target hit. If cast again while targeting a visible life force before 3 seconds, Kuujar propels himself towards the target life force, crashing down upon the target dealing damage, a brief stun to the target, and a slow to surrounding enemies. He must regain his pose before attacking again.
