[GAMEPLAY] Tahm Kench's Devour Does Not Function Properly With the Target Champions Only Button

The target champions only button would be extremely useful in helping teammates that are stuck in the middle of a minion wave or in the middle of a fight, but whenever there's a minion or monster close enough, Tahm Kench does not care for whatever buttons one is holding down in order to utilize the button to its fullest potential. I have played around eighteen games with him so far and succeeded in getting the level five mastery with him, but this bug genuinely annoys me because it can seriously affect the game.

In the situation depicted in this photo, I was spamming my Devour (while holding down the target champions only button) on the enemy Shyvanna because I knew I was about to get the third stack applied after the auto I was actually delivering before I got rudely interrupted by the super minion and therefore the game was lost.

Steps to reproduce: 1. Hold down your target champions only button 2. Use Devour(W) near a set of minions.
