"Target Champions Only" DOES NOT WORK with Tahm Kench's single targeting abiltiy (Devour)

As it stands, this feature is advertised as working with single targeting abilities, but it does not work with Tahm Kench's Devour even though it is a single targeting ability.

Something I've noticed with this is that the ability seems to favor closer, also valid targets.

Looking back at the Rift Rivals game between TL and G2, Olleh could have saved Doublelift from death had this feature work properly. It would be a small QoL change, but I resonate with Olleh here since I have been in similar situations as Tahm Kench.
