Valita equip with a pair of sensor,she gain 180/230/280/330(at lv1/6/11/16) Bonus Sight Range and she gain a True Sight Aura to Disable and Detect wards and invisable traps or units at 475/500/525/550 range surrounding her for 7sec. CD:120/95/70/45s。 Q:Snipe Valita set for next perfect shot.After 0.5second, she snipe the target to deal 40/55/70/85/100(+0.6Attack Damage) Physical Damage to the target。Snipe can gerantee Critical Strike。Minion and monster will take 250%Damage。If the target is enemy champion and this shot is critted. The target will be bleeding. Taking the 50% of the damage it dealt over 3 second.If the target die on snipe(not bleeding damage), this ability's cooldown will refun for 50%. Cost:28/31/34/37/40 mana CD:10/9.5/9/8.5/8 sec Range:950 W:Gravity Shot Passive:Valita's Basic Attack and non-time hit Damaging Ability will apply a stack of Gravity up to 4stacks.Last for 3 second. Each Stack will slow the target for 2/3/4/5/6%. When it reaches Max Stacks, The Target will Receive 50(+100% Critical Chance)%Bonus Slow effect and reduce 10/20/30/40/50%Attack Speed. The following Attack will Refresh the debuff and deal 15%Bonus Critical Damage. E:EMP Round(Electromagnetic Pulse) Valita fires a shockwave. After 0.75sec, the shockwave expand. All the Stealthing effect will Expire when you got hit by the Shockwave. After it hit an enemy champion, reaches Max Range or Strike the Wind Wall/ Braum's E, it Expand as a sphere. Deal 100200/150300/200400(+0.30.6Attack Damage) Physical Damage and Slow all Enemy Champion for 3090%, all the minions will be pulled to the Centre of the Vortex.All the unit inside the Sphere will Apply 2stack of Gravity in each second. The Damage, Slowing effect, Radius and the Stunning Duration will Increase Base on how many chamion got hit in the expansion. Gravity Nova: After 3(-1 per 100%Critical Chance) second, The Sphere Denoate.Release all the Gravity Energy.Dealing the Same among of the Damage and Stun All the enemy Still inside the Sphere for 0.51/0.751.5/12 second. After Gravity Nova Activated, The Gravity Shot effect will Expire and not be able to reapply for 4 second. Cost:100/150/200mana CD:150/125/100sec Range:1050 Speed:2100 Radius:270~540

Story Brief: Valita was a best friend of Caitlyn. She want to help the people who needed but Valita hate the restriction of the Piltover. So she reject Caitlyn's invite and turn to Zaun. But Zaun's Mafia are too brutal for her. So Valita go to upgrate her item. She find Viktor's Facility and renew her weapon: A Sniper Rifle maintain Gravity ability. Valita Research her ultimate creation with Viktor's support. A device can Expand to a Vortex. After it finished. She went to challenge the Biggest Mafia in Zaun. Later on, all the Mafia in Zaun knows the biggest Mafia in Zaun is Expired by Valita's hand. All the Mafia or the Crimes are afraid to become the next target of her.

Ability Design:From Starcraft2's Ghost and Mothership in Wings of Liberty's Patch(Snipe, Emp, Vortex)[The Sensor is combine with Terran's Oribital Command Center and Jim Raynor's Detection effect)+Own Design(Bonus Sight Range, True Sight Aura, Gravity Shot, Snipe's Damaging Effect, and the Expansion Scaling of the Vortex's Sphere)

Ability+Champion Style: Battlefield Control, Anti Invisable Ganking/Traps(Counter Vayne,Kha's Stealthing Effect,Teemo's Shroom etc.) But not Strong on escaping and Duelist(the Delay Style of her ability).Strong at Mid~Late game but very bad in early game,not too good on clearing Waves. Afraid Burst Damage. [But i'm too bad on drawing so i can't draw my design.But the Style should be Fashion and Tech Style] I Hope my Design can appear in League.By LKIns
