GA bug with perfect timing rune

When I played mid last game,i rushed GA against assassin,and I got the perfect timing rune which can reduce the CD of , and .Even the CD of GA is reduced by this rune.but it actually didn't reduce.So I Died When the GA should be activated.It totally Ruined my game experience(and I lose bc of that).
