GA bug with perfect timing rune

When I played mid last game,i rushed GA against assassin,and I got the perfect timing rune which can reduce the CD of , and .Even the CD of GA is reduced by this rune.but it actually didn't reduce.So I Died When the GA should be activated.It totally Ruined my game experience(and I lose bc of that). it reduces cd only for active items, guardian angel is not an active item, you can clearly see that you dont have GA animation on your champion.

But the problem is,the description of Perfect timing have already mention.Guardian Angel's CD is reduced by 15%,it should be worked on the reborn passive,even it's not active itemhttps://ibb.co/hfJNCGso GA's cd should be reduced too but it didn't work.It also happen on Ornn 's master work, item 3386 The Perfect timing With item 3157

Sorry for the up but your answers tilts me u_u

Basically, to start with, It's never stated that Perfect Timing only reduce active items CDR, that's the Cosmic Insight rune you are talking about here.

And that's actually just a bug rito is working on (still not fixed yet, checked 30 sec ago) GA cd is not reduced but shows it does, and that's really misleading anyone in your team including you in this case, since your GA will show off cd if you ping it aswell.

Actually, just trust the particles, that's the best way to be ensured it will work.
