Yordle Champion Concepts
I found these concepts online and liked the ideas and changes alot of the abilities, which means i don't have all the credit. Tell me what you think.
Vesper the Shade of Bandle City
Designed to be a ”bat” inspired yordle, moving swiftly and excelling at ganking. Invisioned having a ultrasonic pulse aoe ability that bounces off of walls, enabling good jungle clear, but also giving him true sight if it hits an enemy. If not being a jungle character he could also be imagined as a mid champion.
Passive - Screech: Vesper let's out a screech every 5 second that goes out as a soundwave in every direction in a 1500-unit area. If screech hits an enemy champion Vesper will get a marker at him pointing in that direction.
Q – Scratch: Vesper scratches his enemy 2 times gaining short movement speed and lifesteal
W - Ultrasonic Pulse: Vesper screeches a high frequency sound wave in a cone, dealing damage to each enemy unit it passes through (bonus damage to monsters). If the sound wave hits a wall, it bounces back towards Vesper dealing reduced damage. Damaging an enemy unit grants true sight of it for a short time.
E – Q - Gliding Strike: Vesper glides in a straight line dealing damage and slowing the target for a short period of time if an enemy is hit. If the unit has been hit by Ultrasonic Pulse, the slow duration is increased.
R - Penumbra: Vesper targets an enemy champion before channeling. After the channel duration Vesper disappears in a cloud of smoke, and drops ontop of the targeted champion rooting them and dealing damage.
Zela the Frogrider
Description: Zela is a Female Yordle which is supposed to ride a big toad called Ed. I figured Zela as a support with a slingshot. Ed should be big without much armor (maybe some leather and ragged cloth?) and with a bag of stones on each side of him. Zela is a naturalistic female yordle with a wooden slingshot and a dark color hair. Zela is supposed to be kind of a right to the point kind of yordle in her personality. She doesn't like holding back or wrapping things in nicely. I figured Zela and Ed to be a tanky support champion.
Passive – Blinding stone Every 20 seconds Zela shoots, with her next autoattack, the enemy in the eye blinding for a short duration.
Q – Kneecapping Shoots a stone to the kneecap of an enemy champion slowing for 2-3 seconds.
W – Swallow Ed swallows a monster or a minion gaining mana and health. Slightly long cooldown.
E - Spring Leap Ed jumps to target location, dealing minor physical damage and knocks up nearby enemies slightly (0.5 second stun). Those enemies have reduced armor for 5 seconds.
R – Toungetied Ed grabs target champion with his tounge, slowly hauling it in for 2 seconds. Zela can autoattack while Ed is grabbing. While grabbing Ed moves slowly backwards while casting and if ability is cast while the enemy is grabbed Ed pull the enemy into his mouth for 1.5 seconds before spitting the enemy out 300-units forward. While in Eds mouth enemy cannot attack and is untargetable.
Fritz the Flash
Fritz is a Yordle quite chubby Yordle male that is the fastest champion in League of Legends. All Fritz's abilities builds on his speed and grants him alot of cc. Fritz doesn't have the highest burst or sustain in game though. Fritz is supposed to be a cocky, funny, witty, fast son of a gun.
Fritz is supposed to be a top or jungle bruiser who is supposed to grant very fast. Since he always moves around alot it's hard to use him as full tank as he has no tanking abilities and is too agile for enemies to focus him. But he is supposed to engage a fight very fast granting some CC for his team. Also Fritz would be very good at chasing low health enemies and juking.
(Passive): Quick Steps As Fritz moves he gains 10% increased movement speed every 2 seconds until he reaches a maximum movement speed set for the passive. I don't know how much yet.
Strike (Q): Fritz does a quick very close range strike damaging an enemy.
Velocity (W): Fritz runs in circles where he stand in a small area creating an abnormality in the spacetime continuum, making him untargetable and trapping all units inside for 1.5 seconds. If you are in there for more than 1 second you get low 2 second slow. This ability is like an obstacle and you can get out with flash/dash/lantern etc.
Bumper(E): Fritz runs in the targeted direction grabbing the first enemy champion/minion/monster he collides with and using them as a front bumper. Fritz continues to run in the targeted direction with the enemy in front of him damaging all enemies he hit. If Fritz hit an obstacle he bounces of it continuing his sprint.
Supersonic (R): Beedle charges up the fastest sprint in League of Legends. After a 2 second wind-up he charges in the aimed direction throwing enemies to the side, applying a small stun and doing medium damaging them as he runs. If Fritz runs into an obstacle he simply bounces away from it and continue to run. Fritz can only be steered very little (like Sion ult) The duration of the run would be 8-10 seconds. Fritz does a 2 sec wind down when done where he doesn't stun or apply damage. 10-15 seconds after using ”R” Fritz's passive is inactive. While Supersonic Fritz is immune to all cc but he can take damage.
