Why does it not exist yet, like lets make this happen this December???

I don't have an idea for the Q, but his W could have the AoE outlined with little christmas lights or something, kinda like the maokai cookies? His E could playing a little dashing through the snow sound clip, or he could yell it as he ulted or something. I dunno, I think there is some potential for humor and some news lines and cool new move looks.
