Can we please see some Jayce Nerfs?

Ever since worlds I've been seeing Jayce pop up more and more as a mid laner, and in a lot of match ups hes a bully. In fact, hes more than a bully, he downright abusive. His matchups are almost toxic feeling, kinda like the old nidalee where everytime I die, its not a feeling of "Oh man, I got outplayed, that was a good play" but more of a "wow this is constant bullshit"

I've basically come up with a new strategy when I'm laneing against a Jayce with almost all of my match ups.

Step one: Leave lane

Step two: Roam for the first 30 minutes, he can take the turrets, I don't care, I don't want them

Step three: Hope I've snowballed my team, and not fed.

Step four: ????

Step five: Profit. Maybe. hopefully. Probably not.

Anyways, I can't be the only one who thinks his mid lane Freelo is too strong right now, and please, can we see some kinda nerfs to his ability to poke the hell out of all the squishy mid laners before just going all in 47 times and obliterating them?
