I've had this idea for a while, where some of the stealthy-assassin champs could be wearing party hats and hive the same brightly colored outfits as SP Fiddlesticks.
Let me know what you think, or what the skins could look, an sound like
I want Twitch's amazing voice over to shout "SURPRISE" with confetti and streamers, so I whole-heartedly support this idea.

Can you imagine in deep rengar voice as you come out of ulti and jump the ADC "SURPRISE!" or "SURPRISE, WE HUNT!"
So much yes for rengar, nothing use to be more terrifying than hearing fiddles ult while he had the skin on lololol
You could never get the same amount of "party" that you do from Fiddlesticks simply because when Fiddlestick's ults it's literally a party with streamers all over the place and confetti etc. Twitch mabye with his ult but every time he Q's he doesn't need to ult. Rengar is the same thing, it's also not really a suprise since you see the exclamation mark.
Well, the point of Surprise Party Fiddlesticks is that, with Fiddles ult you usually find yourself going from 0 to "OMFG SO MUCH STUFF HAPPENING", that's why it's like surprise party. Rengar might surprise you, but when Rengar jumps on you, there's not really much going on besides a tiger thing attacking you.
