I know that people usually post more often when they're upset than when they're not, but Riot, you guys deserve to hear more gratitude from the silent majority. People have much more incentive to complain than to show thanks usually, and more people appreciate you than you see, and you deserve to hear the praise.

Remember that the people complaining are often the biggest fans, the ones that care (and play and spend) the most. Some loving discontent is generally good for a community of fans like this, especially for a company like Riot that seems to try to stay very in-tune with its fan base - they already know we love them, and the game they make for us. The best we can do (along with continuing to support the game in the usual ways, of course) is to raise our voices a little when there's a problem of some kind.
