make shards have colored rankings for new players.

so, this is to help new players so they dont automatically disenchant any shards they get while they grind for BE.

basically, have color bordered OR simply have text on the shards displaying the type of rarity it is to have the shard itself, so new players dont just disenchant right away and kick themselves in the face later on when they realize they could of unlocked a very good champ at half the cost.

this way they can be more efficient while grinding to lvl 30.
