maybe this would be cool

I was thinkin what would be a cool champion. i was thinking something with long range skill shots like nidalees or mundos and a passive that buffs the damage based on how far you away you hit them i thought it should have a rifle or a longbow. im still on the fence about the gender of said champ so i would like you uys to make some suggestions

i know its a stretch but maybe we could maybe get this to be an actuall champ
