Jinx Needs a Skin, it's been like what? A year?

Two ideas.

1. Special Forces Jinx, If Gangplank Is Solid Snake, then Jinx can Sniper Wolf... but crazy and minus the sniper.
2. "Officer" Jinx, A skin were she is impersonating a cop, she's already has a taser. Just imagine all the wacky things she can say.
