The obvious upcoming Veigar VU

If he doesn't get any spell effect (or icon) updates during the 6.9 mage patch, that simply means something bigger is coming our way. Riot has been talking alot shit about Veigar being the most evil thing around but that fool is stuck in 2009. The Bandle City lore update better be around the corner, even Rumble, Teemo, and Lulu are hurting in the visual department.
