Mini-Boss Lulu, you heard it before but HEAR IT AGAIN!
Yes, yes... This isn't an original idea, I saw it a few months ago online but the idea is too good to let it be swept under the rug. There are many game references out there already to make this skin a HUGE possibility. Here are a few I came across, these are just random ideas being thrown out there. Please add any ideas of your own, the more ideas out there, the more love Lulu gets.
There are two extremely great video game characters from the Nintendo universe that can fit Lulu's personality and size like a power-glove.

As for some references to Mini-Boss Lulu's moves.
Her Q can look like Kamek Koopa's basic attack - http://upload.wikimedia.org/wikipedia/en/6/66/Kamek_character.png
Her W can polymorph champions in the same way Pac-Mac's power-pellet turns the ghosts helpless.
Her E on herself and allies can create the Shield from Sonic's genesis games along with the classic "Waaon" sound.
Her R can sport the same effects as the classic Super Mario mushroom.
These are just random ideas off the top of my head, please comment ideas of your own. Final Boss Veigar needs a lackey, and there's no one more suited for the role than his not-so-secret admirer, Lulu.
