Feel free to comment, or leave suggestions for any part of the champ, from number adjustments to ability effect clarifications to complete ability reworks. This thing could probably use a lot of all three, I was kind of having a psycho moment when I was writing this and probably made it a bit OP to say the very least.

**Unique Item: **

DNA Database An item that Sorkan starts the game with. Active: Sorkan swaps one of his abilities with another ability in his database. Abilities may only be swapped with others used in that same ability slot (Q can only be swapped with another Q, W with another W, E with E, R with R). When activated, ability options will appear above the icons for Sorkan’s abilities (like Kha'Zix's evolved abilities). The player will then click on the ability icon that they want to switch to. If no new ability is selected, the cooldown is reduced to 60 seconds. Cooldown: 180 seconds

**Passive: **

DNA Analysis While within 190 units of an enemy champion, Sorkan begins analyzing their stats and making updates to his own. Stats are analyzed in the following order: Health, Attack Damage, Attack Speed, Armor, Magic Resist, Movement Speed, Mana Regeneration, Health Regeneration, Range, Permanent Buffs. If the base stat currently being analyzed is lower than or equal to Sorkan’s, the analysis takes 3 seconds. If the base stat currently being analyzed is higher than Sorkan's, the analysis takes 6 seconds, and afterwards, Sorkan's stats are permanently updated to match the target’s. Note that only base stats are analyzed, not item-given stats. Permanent stat-increasing buffs (Feast, Phenomenal Evil, Siphoning Strike, etc.) are analyzed last. If the enemy has more stacks of a permanent stat-increasing buff, analysis requires 6 seconds; if the enemy has the same number of stacks of a permanent stat-increasing buff, analysis requires 3 seconds. All permanent buffs are analyzed at the same time. If a stat or number of permanent buff stacks is increased while analysis is still taking place, analysis will update Sorkan's stats to the stat or stack value held at the end of analysis. Analysis progress for a given stat is retained for up to 5 seconds after the required proximity is lost, and analysis will always begin on the last stat that needed to be analyzed, regardless of time elapsed since the target was last within range. After all stats of a target have been analyzed, the process begins again from the beginning. Multiple targets may be analyzed at once. If two targets have the same stat analyzed at the same time, the higher of the two is chosen for Sorkan's stat update.

**Q: **

Learning From the Locals Range: 300 units Mana Cost: 50 Cooldown: 15 seconds Sorkan generates a robotic tentacle from his body that lashes out in a line and stabs into the first enemy champion hit. The target is dealt 30/50/70/90/110 (+30% AD) (+30%AP) physical damage per second over the course of 3 seconds, and are slowed by 10/13/16/19/21%. During this time, the tentacle stays out as a line that can reach a maximum length of 400 units before breaking. The line can also be attacked, and breaks if dealt 100/200/300/400/500 (+10% Health) damage. Sorkan's Armor and Magic Resist apply to the line. If the tentacle remains intact the entire time, Sorkan randomly adds one of the target's abilities to his DNA Database. Previously-collected abilities will not be collected a second time. If this ability is used while Taking a Closer Look is active, Sorkan will become unstealthed and lose his movement speed bonus from Taking a Closer Look, but will maintain the full analysis speed boost and will be able to analyze the target as long as the tentacle remains intact.

**W: **

Taking a Closer Look Mana Cost: 50 Cooldown: 10 seconds This ability can only be used if Sorkan is not visible to visible enemy champions. Sorkan becomes stealthed for 1.5/1.8/2.1/2.4 seconds and has his movement speed increased 10/20/30/40/50%. During this time, analysis speeds are increased by 10/20/30/40/50%. Attacking within this ability's duration period will unstealth Sorkan, remove his movement speed bonus, and cut the analysis speed bonus in half for the remainder of the time.

**E: **

Mindreader Range: 200 units Mana Cost: 100 Cooldown: 15 seconds Sorkan generates a robotic tentacle from his body that lashes out in a line and stabs into the first enemy champion hit. The target is dealt 20/40/60/80/100 (+30% AD) (+30% AP) physical damage per second over the course of 5 seconds. During this time, the tentacle stays out as a line that can reach a maximum length of 300 units before breaking. The line can also be attacked, and breaks if dealt 100/200/300/400/500 (+10% Health) damage. Sorkan's Armor and Magic Resist apply to the line. While the line is intact, enemy champions within 1000/1500/2000/2500/3000 units of the attached champion are revealed on the minimaps of Sorkan and his allies (they are not revealed on player's screens, except in the minimap; stealthed champions remain stealthed). If this ability is used while Taking a Closer Look is active, Sorkan will become unstealthed and lose his movement speed bonus from Taking a Closer Look, but will maintain the full analysis speed boost and will be able to analyze the target as long as the tentacle remains intact.

**R: **

Applied Knowledge Range: 500 units Mana Cost: 100 Cooldown: 240 seconds Sorkan creates a shockwave around him. Enemy abilities will be placed on immediate cooldown, and their effects are negated (with skillshots and other attacking abilities being cancelled, but not any damage that has already been applied) if they have been analyzed by Learning From the Locals and stored in the DNA Database. Enemies within the radius have any of their stats that have been previously analyzed decreased by 50/60/70% of whatever they were at the time that the stats had been analyzed. Analysis times are cut by 50%/60%/70% on enemies that have either had one or more of their stats successfully analyzed by DNA Analysis or had one or more of their abilities analyzed by Learning From the Locals, for 5 seconds after activation.

Lore

Born on an alien world long-since destroyed by its own collapsing parent star, Sorkan is the last known survivor of his people. He was fortunate enough to be part of the team that was prototyping a special type of space suit that could keep him alive in space for extended periods of time without much need for additional nutrients or oxygen. Alone, he has travelled the universe, with nothing on his mind past his continued survival. He has found that the best way to ensure his own survival is to take advantage of the DNA of beings that are already well-adjusted to their environments, taking the best parts while scrapping the worst, and over the years he has made adjustments to his suit to allow him to implement this strategy. Gradually, he is working to achieve a perfect form, but he still has quite a ways to go.

Runeterra appears to only be one of many stops on his seemingly unending journey through the cosmos. Now he must face the same question that he has faced on every planet so far: will he learn to thrive in this new environment, or will this be the end of his travels?
