Shantai, the Desert Mercenary

Appearance: Shantai is a 5’ft tall mid built woman with mild tanned skin, short black hair & has blue eyes, across her stomach is a very elaborate black tattoo. When it comes to clothing she wears a short-cut vest with the left sleeve rolled up to her elbow, as well as skirt that stop mid-way on her thighs, she also wears a sash on the left side of her waist that covers the majority of her left leg & finally she wears very neat sandals. As for accessories she wears a neck band, 10 finger claws, and a scarf around her neck & an ankle bracelet on her right ankle. The only weapons that Shantai has are her finger claws & a basket that holds her pet king cobra.
Passive: Contract. For every allied Champion within 400-radius of Shantai she will gain 3% of the Gold that an allied Champion gets on a kill while also gain 5% bonus Armor & Magic Resist. Allied Champions within this radius will also have their current Attack Damage & Ability Power by 10% while also having their Armor & Magic Resist increase by 10%.
Q-Ability: Snakes Bite. Range: 350. Cool Down: 12/11/10/9/8. Magic Damage: 30/50/70/90/110(+50% bonus AP). D.O.T: 10/20/30/40/50(+30% bonus AP). Passive: every 13.75 seconds Shantai’s pet cobra in her basket on her back will pop out & then will bite the closest enemy Champion within Shantai’s Attack Range dealing 4% of the targets Missing HP as Magic Damage. Activate: after Shantai has chosen a single enemy Champion within this Abilities Casting Range then upon its activation Mamba will slash her target with her finger claws, after Shantai has slashed the target she will deal Magic Damage on contact as well as apply a D.O.T that deals additional Magic Damage every 0.5 seconds & a 20% Movement Speed Slow for 2 seconds.
W-Ability: Cobras Sting. Range: 450. Cool Down: 16/15/14/13/12. Magic Damage: 45/75/105/135/165(+40% bonus AP). Activate: after Shantai has chosen a narrow path with this Ability then upon its activation Shantai will have her cobra spray poison in the chosen direction, if the poison comes in contact with an enemy Champion the poison will deal Magic Damage & will Stun the target for 1.5 seconds. While the target is Stunned the affected target will take 10% increase damage from all sources.
E-Ability: Vipers Kiss. Range: 350. Cool Down: 18/17/16/15/14. Heal: 3%/5%/7%/9%/11%. Passive: when Shantai Auto-Attacks an enemy Champion she will mark the target with a Kiss. While a target has this mark they will be Revealed, when Shantai Auto-Attacks a marked target her Basic Attacks will deal 6% of her current Attack Damage as bonus Magic Damage. Activate: after Shantai has chosen a single enemy Champion within this Abilities Casting then upon its activation Shantai will embrace her target giving the target a kiss, for 1.5 seconds the target will be Rooted, for the duration Shantai will drain the life force from her target draining a percentage of the target HP to Heal her every 0.5 seconds.
R-Ability: Cobras Gaze. Range: 550. Cool Down: 107/97/87. Magic Damage: 118/165/213(+50% bonus AP). Activate: after Shantai has chosen a 85-degree cone then upon this Abilities activation Shantai will have her king cobra spring out from the basket then coil around her right arm, after a 0.25 second delay after the initial cast the cobra will flash open its hood the pattern on its hood will hypnotize all enemy Champions within the cone Suppressing all affected enemies for 2 seconds. After the activation Shantai’s cobra will remain active for her next 3 Basic Attacks allowing her Basic Attacks to deal Magic Damage.
