I won't lie..that looks like it could be exploitable as racist/offensive. Probably tone down the Mexican feeling and go more rancher feeling. Kinda desesperada Cass. Lose the hat (or get a proper cowboy one) and probably lose the jalapeno stuff, recolor with earth tone and you are set.

Although that woudl be lovely, that won't happen. I'm pretty sure Riot lawyers will be on me with this, nobody wants to deal with public apologies, pulling a product out, repaying the people that bought it, etc, etc etc. Literally the only I'm removing from that skin is changing the hat, the jalapeno belt(or chest belt, not sure how to call it) and recoloring the poncho brown. That is way easier than dealing with the legal crap.

This. I am a part of a hispanic family myself and really this is just a representation of the culture and the land. Albeit it does seem a little more Texas based as opposed to the roots of Mexico, but they are still closely correlated.

I can see what your saying about this skin being perceived as racist, but perhaps a bigger barrier to it is the skin El Tigre Braum. It's already very heavily influenced by Lucha Libre, a significant part of Mexican culture, and I feel like these two skins would almost compete against each other, keeping them from creating their own identity.

I don't think that is a barrier. Take for example DJ Sona and Arcade Sona, both of those skins are quite successful despite having similar vibe to it (mostly because arcade sona is based of dance revolution). As long as you have different particles you shoudl still be able to sell it even if they overlap a bit

Not gonna happen. People are already making a big deal about how the Mario game is gonna have a "Mexican" area, as seen in the Nintendo Switch announcment ad. Riot shouldn't risk this and they more than likely won't. One thing to base a skin off of cultural lore or wrestling names, completely other to depict a racial stereotype in a skin.
