Do a Urf champion

Nah, the core game of League takes itself too seriously to do an Urf champ. "Urf" is kind of this mythical/joke'ish figure in League lore/fanbase and is fun to pla around with for events and such, but will never be seriously implemented into the game. Kind of like "Poros"

Can't really make urf champ, he was killed anyway.
