Kit ideas for new champion

I was thinking about what the interactions would be like with a champion who could affect the range of dashes and movement abilities. I realize that there are a lot of champs that don't have dashes, so making a champion interact with them makes the champion really situational, but I think it could be interesting to ask the question, how would it work and to get opinions.

First, before we have an ability that affects dashes, we need to define a dash. I'm going to try to keep it as straight forward as possible, but it isn't going to work very well. A dash is an ability that causes the user to move in a line from one point on the map to another. Examples would include Vi's vault breaker, lee sin's safeguard and resonating strike, fizz's urchin strike. Examples would not include leblanc's distortion, zed's living shadow, katarina's shun po.

Q: If an enemy champion would dash to or through this champion, the range of the dash is doubled and if the enemy champion hits a wall, they are stunned for a duration based on the distance traveled(min .5 sec - max 1.5 sec).

W: This champion dashes to target ally granting them a shield for a short time and extending the max range of any dashes used by that champion by a percentage based on this ability's level while the shield lasts.(50%~115%)

E: (I need some help with this one)

R: Allies near this champion dash into auto attack range of their target for the next 1/3/5 seconds up to a max dash range of (insert range of vayne's tumble here).

Ult would serve a similar function to Sivir's, but would provide all allied champions with a gap closer. I considered giving Q a "spell shield" effect to compensate the possibility of the enemy not having any dashes to make use of the ability, what do you guys think? Should Q be a spell shield or would that be too much in one basic ability when added to the increasing dash length and cc? W feels too much like lee sin's. Any feedback would be appreciated and any ideas on what to do with his third basic ability would be nice.
