Snow Day Ekko - Skin Idea?

What are your thoughts Snow Day Ekko? I know he already has 3 skins for a newer champion, but it was just an idea I thought of.

He as a snow shovel as a weapon or a bat made out of ice/snow. Has a snow suit on and a scarf, as well as a beanie or something like that.

Q throws out a snow ball that turns into a mini spinning snow hurricane when it expands before rewinding back to Ekko. W is himself shaped like a snowman. he takes of his head, hits it into an area, and coats an area in snow. The snow then freezes to ice if Ekko enters the area. E is him sliding in a direction instead of rolling. When he strikes someone, an effect like an exploding snowball showers out from the target. R is him getting whisked away by a snowstorm, and exploding in a flurry of snow at his previous location. His ghost could be snow that's being held together by a wind, creating a sort of blizzard-ghost that follows Ekko.
