Player profile Cards

Would it be possible to create a new image(s) in my profile? To be clear not the icon picture but the image behind the icon picture (currently I have a wizard medaling with a power sphere of sorts, and it's blue). I only play aram so I guess I would be willing to purchase one if that strikes the league merchant vendor as doable then I'm sure others might want them to.
