Half my account will be blank forever?

I will start by saying I watch most lcs games and enjoy the many events on twitch which league is responsible for. I myself am an aram player, have been for quite a few years and I really enjoy the style of game play. The snowball addition has almost made me uninstall league and still might be the cause of it. I find players now are suiciding because they landed a 12second c/d snowball and the team fights have gone to mush. I gave the snowball addition an honest chance because I enjoyed the porro king event last winter, but I have to say it's ruined aram for me and many others and I don't play anymore arams.

So if snowballs weren't bad enough for full-time aram players then today's addition certainly is. I no longer have a full profile picture as of this morning. Half of everyone's profile is now dedicated to ranked players. I understand ranked is the most important game mode because its the most difficult to build. However I don't play ranked and I don't plan on it. I am not alone, I have over 100 friends on my f/list who only play aram and dom. They to now have half their profile cut away. It is my honest opinion that aram and dom players have suffered today for the benefit of ranked players, and this isn't the first time, I mean aram and dom players don't even get a title in their profile, ive had that wizard picture for 6years now and ranked players get whatever pic they want depending by their own choice. I obviously don't know how much cash flows from each game type but I know how much I have spent (around 300-400) and same with my good buddies, all of which are unimpressed by these additions.

I've began looking for a new game to play today (can't believe it) as I feel I'm being pressured into playing ranked ques to have a decent looking profile. Aram players have suffered to long and these last two additions have totally ruined the league for me. I am totally convinced that snowballs and this new profile update were added without consideration the players who play only aram and dom.

P.S. Will League survive if all aram and dom players were to instantly quit? I believe the community is about to drop dramatically.

You're ARAM Stats are displayed, the arrows cycle to them now instead of it being a dropdown selection.

As for the other blank space, Champion Mastery Points may be given out in the future in all queues. Riot's never said they won't and hasn't confirmed they will either (Just that "We are currently limiting this to Summoner's Rift"). This feature hasn't even been rolled out in every region yet so give it some time if that half is annoying you. It is still in Beta after all, it's far from a finished feature.

Regarding Mark/Dash, there's changes to it on the PBE (ALL NERFS) right now and personally I'm already seeing improvements in people's decision making regarding it. It's only been a week, give it some time. I mean there was always people who just went balls deep on everything, and it used to be worse. Give people a chance to figure out when it's okay, and if they troll all the time they'll feed and they'll eventually no longer get paired with you. (ARAM has MMR and the loss/gain, while dependent on whether you win or lose, is also influenced by performance, people who feed drop harder and faster than people who are decent).

Basically I'm just saying wait and see. You don't have to play in the meantime but I wouldn't give up right after changes are made (It's only been a week! And only a day for Champ Mastery!), every change makes us go through these periods and this one will be a bit longer because of the larger number of changes made in 5.8.
