Q: Warning Shot Buckthorn fires a shot into the air that fears all enemy champions or monsters within 550 units of him for 0.75/1/1.25/1.5/1.75 seconds. (cost of 50/60/70/80/90 mana) (cooldown 20/18/16/13/10 seconds)
W: Grog Splash Buckthorn throws a bottle of grog that creates a infected circle of 175 units on the floor dealing 30/40/50/60/70 damage per second, and slows enemies for 10% (30/40/50/60/70 mana) (cooldown 24/21/18/15/12 seconds) (lasts 7.5 seconds)
E: Battle Cry Buckthorn lets out a shout that creates an aura of 550 units around him that grants attack damage equal to 1/1.25/1.5/1.75/2% of your maximum health, and attack speed s of 20/25/30/35/40% (cost of 45/55/65/75/85 mana) (cooldown 21/18/16/14/13 seconds) (lasts 7.5 seconds)
R: Land Ho! Active: Grants vision of the whole map to your team for 5/7/10 seconds. Vision includes champions, wards, and traps (cost of 150 mana) (cooldown 135 seconds)

Appearance
Crouched over, has a red bandana on his head, a handlebar mustache, a blue and white striped t-shirt, red pants that are ripped, end a little bit above his ankles, and one gold earring in his left ear. Carries two scimitars, one in each hand.
Lore (this is not a very strong lore, I will need help expanding this)
One day in Bilgewater, Gangplank was wandering the city, looking for his next loot, when out of nowhere Miss Fortune appeared and had cornered Gangplank in an alley. Gangplank had nowhere to go; he could not run away, for there was a wall behind him and Miss Fortune in front of him. Miss Fortune had mocked Gangplank for a while, thinking that she had finally captured her nemesis. While she was mocking Gangplank, a mysterious man jumped down from a building above into the alley with two swords in hand, Miss Fortune is shocked and confused, and she runs away believing it is a pirate ambush in a valiant effort to save their captain. That mysterious man from the rooftop was Buckthorn. He had had dreams of becoming a pirate and fate had lead Miss Fortune to corner Gangplank outside of his building. Gangplank is amazed and thankful with Buckthorns bravery, he instantly asks him to join him on his ship, as his right hand man. They have been on voyages of the seas for a year now, and Buckthorn thinks it is time for him to battle on the Fields of Justice.

1-slashes with left sword 2 slashes with right sword 3 slashes with both swords Crit. Stabs in stomach with right sword.
Skin idea Cowboy Buckthorn: Bandana changes to a cowboy hat, shirt changes to a brown leather vest, had cowboy boots with spurs, Scimitars change to long swords, pants change to brown leather chaps. This skin looks similar to Longhorn Alistar, Hign Noon Twisted Fate, etc.
