Riot plz! (on the subject of Mordekaiser)

So, with the newest patch coming out and all, some are hyped for the new rift herald summoning thing, but this could seriously hurt an already dying champ, . He's not receiving the attention he used to, and could use a patch or skin or SOMETHING to help him be known to the community again. Here's my idea... let take the herald too, but also buff the item you get from it.
