Vorn, the Bloodied Trap (Original Creation)

Just an OC that I came up with. I was thinking that there should be a jungle champion that's based solely around traps. We've had stalkers (Rengar), and consumers (Cho'gath and Kha'zix), now I feel like there should be someone who can trap and control the jungle. Any critique or suggestions are helpful, currently have no lore or too many specific numbers.

Also, he may be busted based on team comp.

Name: Vorn Role: Jungle, Support Damage Type: AP AA Range: 325 (He wields a spiked/bladed whip)

Passive - Burning Torture -Vorn's AA's apply a stack of Serrated Wounds (max. 3, last for 7 seconds). All damage over time effects on champions (Twitch's passive, Teemo Toxic Shot, Liandry's Torment, Deathfire Touch, etc. AoE DOT effects like Rumble's Equilizer or Morgana's Tormented Soil do not apply) deal 2.5% more damage per stack. All damage over time effects on monsters deal 10% more damage. (Numbers may be too low since I haven't done the math yet).

Q - Incendiary Mine -Vorn throws out an invisible mine, that when stepped on, ignites all surrounding enemies on fire, dealing magic damage over 4 seconds. Traps last for 1.5/2/2/2.5/3 minutes, have 1/1/1/2/2 health, and only 2/3/4/5 traps can be on the map at the same time. Deals 125% more damage to non-champions

W - Wire Trap -Vorn sets up a wire trap (size is roughly Anivia Wall Lvl.1, meant to block a jungle entrance). Whenever an enemy steps on the trap, it stuns them for 1.5/1.5/2/2/2.5 seconds, deals physical damage, and applies a stack of Serrated Wounds. Traps last for 2.5 minutes, and only 1/2/2/2/3 traps can be on the map at the same time. Wire Traps cannot be destroyed.

E - Poison Spike -Vorn throws a spike, stopping at the first champion, enemy, or wall hit

-If the spike impales a champion, it deals 75/115/155/215/285 true damage and % current health magic damage, and applies a stack of Serrated Wounds and slows

-If the spike impales an non-champion enemy, it deals 175/215/245/290/350 magic damage and slows

-If the spike lands on a wall, it'll stay on the wall, exploding when an enemy passes by. Deals (50/75/100/125/160) poison damage over 3 seconds, and grants True Sight and cannot be destroyed.

R - Trapper's Execution -Whenever a champion has been damaged by one of Vorn's traps (Q, W or walled E) within the last 5 seconds, Vorn can throw out a barbed net that slows (based on % missing health) and deals 175/250/350(plus % missing health) magic damage over 3 seconds. If Vorn gets a kill or assist this way, all of his cooldowns are reduced by 5 seconds

Actually, that's a really good concept for a champion. The only thing you're missing here are the cooldowns. I'd switch over the ult so that is STUNS the target, and the W to SNARE(not stun) the target if the target has X amount of stacks on it. The W slows if there aren't enough stacks. And the q should have a really low cooldown considering it should be his main damage source. Also, i wouldn't think he should COMPLETELY have a kit with traps, considering they aren't a reliable source of damage. I'm happy if i helped with your creation :D.
