Almost everything on the concept is subject to change. It is not entirely complete. Please read bottom for more details.

Cael is a melee ad fighter that relies on locks, grabs, and holds to fight his opponents. His abilities do different things depending on the in which each ability is activated, allowing him to fluidly nail his opponents with devastating combos.

Lore

Bilgewater. The city in the vast ocean. A place of full harbors and trade. A place of no law. Thievery rots the city down to it's core. This place provides homage to many criminals of all sorts. Bandits, murderers, con men, and even more so to pirates. It is a place where you fight to get what you want and fight even harder to keep it. You must always watch your back and be ready fo anything. Nothing in this city is unexpected. You better believe that there's going to be good chance you might be jumped whenever you turn a corner. It is because of this that the city has never really been able to flourish and many parts of it are in the slums. It's hard to make a living in these treacherous waters. But there are those who find a way. Cael is one of those people. Fights are common in the backstreets of this backwater town, and most of the time people make bets on who the victor shall be. Despite the lack of law enforcement, one code is made clear in these bets: To the victor goes the spoils. Therefore at the end of each fight, the betters must give some of there winnings to whoever won the fight. All Cael knew growing up was fighting, so he decided he might as well get something out of it. Fight after fight, his name became more and more renowned. He dominated any and all who challenged him. Eventually it got to the point where no one would dare step up to him, and no fights meant no money. He was tired of fightng the low lying trash that plagued the streets of Bilgewater as well. None of the fights he's had has been nearly enough of a challenge. Weeks had passed and he couldn't think of anything. That was until a well-known ship pulled into the shore. Sarah Fortune, the most famous bounty hunter in all of Bilgewater. As well as a champion in the League of Legends. That's when it dawned on Cael on what be needed to do. He decided to join the League of Legends. There, he would be able to fight all he wanted. And every fight would the challenge he has been looking for... "Pain is temporary. Pride is forever."

Abilities

Passive: Tie Up/Hand Fight Tie Up: Cael's basic attacks apply Takedown stacks. After 5 Takedown stacks are applied on an enemy unit, the unit is stunned for 0.5 seconds and Cael ties up with the enemy and his abilities change. These stacks don't disappear over time. Only one enemy at a time can have stacks applied to them. Hitting a target without stacks will remove all stacks already applied to a different target. Handfight: Cael has a 15% chance to catch melee attacks with his bare hands. Catching an attack negates on hit and slows the enemies attack speed by 20% for 1.5 seconds. Q: Head Club Cael clubs a target in the head dealing ad damage to the target and applies two Takedown stacks. Palm Thrust If this move is activated after duck under, Cael will hit the center back of the target and knocking the target forward with a powerful palm thrust dealing damage. Collar Tie If this ability is activated on a target that Cael is tied up with, he does a small extra percentage of damage and locks up a collar tie, allowing him to use other abilities. W: Arm Drag Cael reaches and grabs an enemy within a short distance and pulls them in, dealing a small amount of damage and applying one Takedown stack. Headlock If this ability is activated while Cael is tied up with a target, he puts the target in a head lock for 3 seconds, dealing damage over time and slowing the target for 20% for 1 second afterward. He cannot activate any other abilities while holding the lock. The lock can be released by moving. The slow is only applied if the lock is held for the whole duration. Duck Under If this ability is activated after Collar Tie, Cael will hit a duck under, putting himself behind his opponent and allowing him to activate other abilities. E: Shoulder Roll When activated, Cael will dive forward and shoulder roll a short distance to a target location. This ability can be activated three times. Blast Double If this ability is activated when Cael is tied up with an target, he will dash forward, blasting his forehead into his opponent's gut in a powerful double leg shot. Cael can still activate Shoulder Roll two times afterward. R: Neck Wrench Can only be activated after Collar Tie. Cael snaps down the target into a front headlock. He then lifts the target up with lock, wrenching their neck and throws them over in an arc, slamming him and the target down on their backs. The ability stuns both Cael and the target for 1 second on impact. Suplex Can only be activated after duck under. Cael locks around the target's waste and throws the target straight wards, landing the target on top of their head and slowing them by 30%. Cael also takes slight damage from hitting his own head on impact. Damage taken from the move will not kill Cael and will be left with 1 hp if he were to normally drop to 0. Lateral Drop Can only be activated after two shoulder rolls. Cael charges forward a short distance to a target location. If he hits an enemy champion, he will close line his arm in the champion and throws them upward. Then he jumps up, grabs them, and drives them back down, bringing the back onto his knee dealing damage.

Yes. I understand that this is a LOT of mechanics for a champion. I just thought this would be an interesting idea to have for a champ. I've always wanted a champ that can constantly keep moving and combo fluidly. The closest thing we got to that is Lee Sin. But his abilities are basically just activate twice and boom their dead. With this I tried to go for something that made you pay attention to which abilities were being activated so you knew which order you need to do for whatever situation. If you have any questions I'll be glad to answer them. That's all I'm doing right now. I'm going to be able to put in actual stats and percentages later. A lot of the current stuff I have in there now is definitely up to be changed. But I'm on a road trip and doing this on my phone so don't feel like getting detailed with stats until I can finish this on my computer. But the concept is still up for criticism so feel free to comment on what you think about the concept so far. Ill probably end up making a new updated version of the page oncd I finish. So keep an eye out for it. Ill post a link on this page to the new one once I have it up.
