No Teem o' Lantern Contest? ;_;

I was so ready this year for the Teem o' Lantern contest. I had cool ideas to carve out and everything for the contest. And Riot never started it... This saddens me that the Harrowing is not what it used to be. Doombots didn't even return as a seasonal game mode. I get that the World Championships were going on all this month, but come on, Riot. You're letting a lot of people's favorite time of year for League crash and burn... Shadow and Fortune was cool though! We now officially know that Olaf has a funny side.
