I missed her during the harrowing and honestly leblanc is the only champ im playing so my options are pretty limited. Im sure the chances are probably 0.0000001% but still

Yes, Ravenborn LeBlanc is available from mystery gifting. The only skins unavailable from mystery gifting are the PAX skins, the Victorious skins, and the collector edition skins.
