Champion Comment Bar

So I heard that Riot Games were wanting to learn about what people think about champions, and I was wondering. Wondering if it would be easier to put a comment bar for each champion on universeso that if Riot needed to see what people were thinking about a certain champion, they can just go to the champion's chat bar and see what people are thinking about the champ instead of search through comments all over the place. Just a thought.
