Updated Infernal Alistar's Q Particle MISSING [Old vs New]

I just noticed this when I started playing Alistar again... I noticed he doesn't have that "infernal" particle anymore on his q. Some Riot please take a look at this, I already did a side by side of the old particles.

Fix this please, that was the reason I bought the skin.
