This is certainly a big improvement. But if we think about it and think on her recent mentions in the trifarex, I cant imagine Lb in her current lore showing all that much skin.
I like the staff design a lot.
However, I think LeBlanc's skankmage look is something that should really go, or be modified to fit within the scope and realm of the story - especially HER story. You're not a hidden manipulator or background accomplice or cult leader operating from the shadows when you're dressed like you're about to do stripper routine at a burlesque bar. LeBlanc is gaudy as hell, and it's counterproductive to her entire concept, like a ninja wearing bright pink.
She needs to be in blacks, grays, and dark purples. she can show some skin, that's fine, but it shouldn't be verging on bikini levels of skin shown. She's still got to be taken seriously as an advisor in the courts she's infiltrating, and they'll just assume she's a common concubine if she shows up looking like that.

Carmilla manages to exude sex appeal, exert control over pretty much every male in the surrounding area, and operate from the shadows. She's not terribly opulent, but she's elegant with small flares of extravagance. Someone looking at her in a line up wouldn't think she's more than some noble, and that's exactly how LeBlanc should be portrayed.
although it is good indeed, it just looks too much like the original not that its a bad thing, but such an old champ deserves even better maybe some work on the cape could be done or something, because there is also something that is making this look outdated maybe the posture or the beforementioned cape
but in the end it all might depend on the animations great work nontheless

If she gets a rework, I'd rather have them put more stress on the "slender, dark and mysterious woman" thematic than make her seem like a victim from some anime.
The long black Cleopatra-esque hair, the black robe, the makeup - she should look more like an evil queen than a skimpy purple Jester.
No offense to the artist, but this os exactly the direction I would NOT want them to go with an update

I love the design and textures. Based on her lore though, I visualize her as wearing black and purple (darker shades) less gold. And maybe an elegant yet more realistic outfit than she has in game. Also a staff that resembles her ravenborn one more (shiny black with a gem at the top maybe). She should be elegant and regal and look like a dark queen or empress. THis shows she has a power hild on Noxus somehow.

I would prefer a darker purple/teal mix but the model is pretty great.
It's a pretty nice design but the way they did the skirt/leg area on the one side it's hard to distinguish that it's two pieces unless you look in the model viewer on the page.
The face is too "happy-go-lucky clown". Other than that it is nice.
