Have you ever seen the family guy episode with Wacky Wavily Arm Flayling Tubeman? Well the tentacles could be those things. You see them outside dealerships all the time. Having a giant air tube with a smile on it slamming down enemies would be hilarious. You could even name the dealership "Motion motors"

Voicelines if they wanted to take this to 1820 could be like. "How can you be in motion with two legs?" "Life is the sweetness of Rebates!" Illaoi's theme is a prophet who peaches about motion so her advertising a car would work well

I think this could make a good 1350 skin or legendary if they put a new VO. The new tentacles would probably make it a sweet 1350 and as someone's who plays a lot of Illaoi she really needs a new skin

If the care salesman skin didn't cut it then you could do Surprise Party Illaoi with the same sort of tentacles.
