The Ringmaster

There have been rumors. Some only speak of it in whispers. Others no longer speak at all. The infamous traveling circus that has suddenly appeared in Runeterra seems to only want one thing : an audience. With a free admission, seemingly never-ending seating, and free poro-snax, an opportunity to forget about current war and dread is quite difficult to pass up in today's world. Unfortunately, if you were unlucky enough to be an audience member you probably aren't reading this. And there's one reason.

          ** He has returned.**

"It's been roughly 50 years." -- Jayce of Piltover admitted. "The sadistic ringleader was rumored to be dead once he took his act to the Shadow Isles and never came back." -- He was not the only one to know of this drifter. There have been many accounts of eerie sounding accordions heard before a tent would spring up whilst drenched in fog just outside of Demacia and Noxus. "No one really knows what he wants, unless you're stupid or suicidal, don't intend on seeing anything that murderer has to offer."

Of course, as I anticipated, The Cirque had made its final stop : The League of Legends. It is here where I truly learned of the severity and nature of what this variety show actually was. The information I share with you is vital to your survival, if you're around long enough to see his final performance.

Name : Barnum Height : 5'10-6, he wouldn't stand still.

Abilities:

Mana User

Auto attack - Barnum uses a whip to run his circus as well as his opponents, the range is same same as Morgana's auto attack.

Passive : Encore! - If Barnum kills a champion with any of his abilities (excluding his ultimate) the cooldown on the ability used is refreshed, mana is halfway refunded. If he kills a minion with said abilities, the cooldown is cut down by half.

Q : Acrobatic - After landing an auto attack, Barnum has a small window of time to strafe left, right, or backwards (in a fancy circus flip.)

W : Lion Tamer - Barnum cracks his whip, briefly summoning a Lion (controlled unit) that mauls (slows) and damages enemy champion (slows minions by half.) This skill only lasts about 3 seconds. The cooldown should be long to allow players to utilize Barnum's passive.

E : Come One Come All! - Barnum's alluring and.. eerily hypnotic gaze can charm up to 3 enemy champions when hit. It has 3 chargeable casts, but a unit can only be charmed once every 10 seconds. Perhaps tweek with rank.

R : The Final Act : Barnum fires himself out of a cannon to target area (Range should be around the same as Twisted Fate's ultimate.) Deals magic damage around the edges, but if he lands a bulls eye, Barnum will get true damage.
