Kiya, The Victorious Dweller

I GIVE RIOT FULL PERMISSION TO USE ANY OF THE IDEAS BELOW, THEY ARE MY OWN AND I CREATED THIS CHAMPION IN MY FREE TIME WITH NO OUTSIDE SOURCES. I WILL SIGN ANYTHING YOU WANT TO MAKE THIS HAPPEN, AND I GIVE RIOT FULL RIGHTS TO DO WHATEVER THEY WANT TO HIM WITH NO CREDIT TO ME.

A concept idea for Kiya, his main role would be a top fighter.

Origin: Ionia

Lore: As a small Ionian boy, Kiya always heard about the League of Legends. With all of the stories he had heard he began to idolize the champions and fell in love with battle. Kiyas dream became to fight alongside his Ionian companions and show everyone the might of his country. At a young age Kiya took on learning how to fight, but soon learned that he was too weak to hold a sword and sheild at the same time. Even after countless attempts, he was rejected by anyone who he wanted to train him. Devastated, Kiya realized he couldn't reach his goal and put away his fathers old weapons. One day while watching other Ionians train, a very old man came up to Kiya, urging him to fight. "Sometimes you must be patient, but know when to strike." The old man decided to take Kiya in, realizing his potential. Learning how to use only one of his fathers weapons at a time, Kiya became a force to be reckoned with. Even as a man Kiya cannot wield both his sword and shield, but the patience from the old man taught him when he needs each weapon. While the old man was walking Kiya home one day, a group of boys who bullied Kiya charged him with their swords, surprisingly though, Kiya won the fight. The act caught attention of an Ionian who then took Kiya into the army. And years after honing his skills, and showing dominance on the battlefield, the league allowed him to join. Kiya hopes to one day be as respected as his Ionian companions, and plans to fight for Ionia until his death.

ABILITIES:
Passive: Warriors determination.
Upon dying, Kiya will do one of two things depending on which weapon he has out.
Shield: Kiya grants his allies bonus armor and magic resist for a short time
Sword: Kiya grants his allies bonus Damage and Ability Power for a short time

Q: Shield/Sword
Kiya switches between his sword and his shield, with each granting him a different buff.
Shield: Small amount of bonus armor and magic resist
Sword: Small amount of bonus attack damage

W: Defenders hold:
Kiya bashes an enemy with his shield, stunning the target and dealing magic damage

E: Fighters wrath: 
Kiya stabs at an enemy champion, giving a bleed/slow effect and dealing physical damage

R: Circle of Battle
Kiya hones all of his strength to wield both of his weapons for a short time, gaining access to all of his abilities for the duration, activating this ability also releases an aoe slow for a short time

Key Notes: Depending on which weapon you have out, you can only use certain abilities (unless your ult is up) Example: you cannot use Defenders hold while you have your sword out, and cannot use Fighters Wrath with only your shield out.

If Kiya dies during his ultimate, both buffs are given to the team

Kiya's main role is to be a tanky fighter. With a secondary of being a support. 
His items will mostly revolve around health since his abilities give him armor and magic resist. Even his offensive items should have defenses in them (e.g. Black Cleaver, Frozen Mallet)
