Losing because of server fail

I was in my 5th game for my promos, and when we we're near winning all of the people disconnected out of the game, while we were gone the enemy minions were able to win the game and their was nothing that could be done to stop it, but when we got to end game it said loss prevented, yet when i checked my profile, it says i have a loss. I hope this can be fixed because this is actually the dumbest thing that has ever happened to me. If this issue cant be fixed im pretty sure im walking away from this game for a while because apparently it doesn't matter if you win or lose because the servers just kick you out and let the enemy win.
