Bugs With Friends list?

Theres currently a bug thats preventing me from removing friends, I have someone on my friend list who just spams me whenever im in a game and its really annoying, ive told them to stop and wen they wouldnt i went to delete them, but for whatever reason i cant delete or block anyone, i right click, scroll to remove, click, then the pop up disappears, anyone else having this or am i dumb?
