Twisted Fate Yu-Gi-Oh! Skin?

This is more of a question, or a light discussion. I don't have an actual splash art picture I've done with a formal suggestion to Riot or anything like that.

However, given Twisted Fate's propensity for card dueling (haha), I think a yugioh skin would be very well suited. I think it'd be awesome. Of course, I imagine you'd have to contact Konami (they own YuGiOh right?), and then maybe come up with an idea for a design that suits him, isn't an already established character like Kaiba or anything, but still gives off that sort of vibe. Making his cards have yugioh designs would be amazing. Many people also wear long coats in that series. You could also give him a duel disk, lol.

What would be some of your guys' ideas for such a concept? I'm more interested in poking fun at how it might be done than a serious discussion about a formal proposal. It would be cool, but I'm not going to pester them one way or the other about it.
