Are people having connection issues more than before?
I've had a lot of AFK games recently, way more so than usual. Is there something unusual going on, have other people experienced more afks in their games lately as well?

Yes. I have an old toaster where this occurs. I get stuck in the load-in screen. Gets to 100% then either it does nothing or I will get this giant blast of sound when the game first starts...like a sort of polyphony thing where it tried to open the game 10 times simultaneously. Scares the **** out of ya and I have to restart the game to make it stop.
It's been happening quite frequently that my loading screen just freezes, never had that before, and it especially sucks because when a match starts loading I alt tab, I'll know once the game has loaded because I can see my healthbar through the taskbar so when my loading screen freezes it can take me several minutes before I find out, have also been getting connection errors like ''you may not be connected to the internet'' and other errors that refuse to load the match, ussually restarting pc works but that's still allot of time wasted, never had these problems with the old client.
Yeah I'm getting someone who AFKs literally every single game now.
People with lower end rigs are experiencing issues
go to x:\Riot Games delete or rename Riot Client go back Open League of legends open Leagueclient.exe,game launchs without the annoying rito client, YOU HAVE TO REDO THIS EVERYTIME YOU REOPEN THE GAME CAUSE IT REDOWNLOADS AUTOMATICALLY
Yesss, and it's annoying, because the other day my game was loading and just like that i struggled to open it because it kept refusing me to play the game and just when the game finished it opened up and i missed a whole game and riot said they refuse to give me any rewards because i ditched players in the middle of a game and yeah
