Phaze, the Jumper
First and foremost, a small disclaimer: this is far from finished. Not just the lack of numbers, but lore and everything are still up in the air. The basic idea is an assassin for Noxus who gets somehow shifted out of reality in a sort of parallel reality until he learns to control it. Any suggestions for lore, specific numbers, or anything really are highly appriciated. I want to collaberate on this one since this is my first champion design that's been fleshed out enough for me to consider it even moderately acceptable.
Phaze, the Jumper
Phaze uses mana and is a melee assassin who excels at manipulation of positioning in a team and redirection of enemy vision on a map. He uses wards as targets for Jump and can manipulate the vision of the enemy team by doing so, possibly preventing steals of major objectives. Phaze uses a short sword in one hand and a dagger in the other.
Find Weakness: Phaze's autoattacks apply a debuff that lasts for a few seconds. If Phaze attacks a target with the debuff while this ability is not on cooldown, he finds weaknesses in his opponent’s defenses and will deal bonus damage to his target for a few seconds. Afterwards, his opponents cannot have the debuff applied to them for several seconds. (similar to Nautilus or Jarvan IV mixed with Xin Zhao) Phaze can only apply Find Weakness to one unit at a time.
Prey Upon: Phaze dashes a set distance to and possibly through his target, dealing physical damage to his target. Phaze stealths for a duration after the dash, changing relative to the distance to his target- a longer duration the closer he lands next to his target, shorter the further he goes from his target. Medium cooldown. No cast time.
Disappear: Phaze temporarily steps out of reality, causing the next attack or ability he becomes caught in to miss for a short duration. He then redirects this power to fuel a violent re-entry back into the real world, dealing damage in a target area around himself. Medium/high cooldown. Does not break movement.
Eviscerate: Phaze strikes out at his target with both weapons, dealing bonus physical damage to his target and marking them up to three times with the "Phase out" debuff. Low cooldown. Auto attack reset. Applies Find Weakness.
Jump: Phaze steps through space and takes the place of another unit, trading positions with an enemy or allied unit/pet (including wards). Cannot trade places with champions unless they have been "Phased Out" by Eviscerate three times. Consumes all stacks of Eviscerate on all targets on use. Purely used for placement- no damage applied to enemy units. Low cooldown. Scaling mana cost, similar to Kassadin and Kog’Maw. No cast time.
Like I said, literally any feedback at all would be amazingly appreciated, positive or negative. Thanks for anyone who took the time to read this <3
