Diana = Ekko?

So I'd been thinking about why it is that Ekko works so well as a tank, even with his shield's base value tanked into the floor and his heal percentage based more on high ap values rather than, again, absurd base values (I'll get to why I'm mentioning these so specifically in a moment) and came to realize how much sheer zone control he has with his W and how badly he can screw with the enemy team if they're standing in the wrong place at the wrong time.

I absolutely LOVE the idea of someone who can charge into the front with near reckless abandon and like this and just wreak havoc; especially when it's some weird, completely unintentional build of a champion who was designed with a bunch of mobility and meant to be played as an assassin who can both lane rather efficiently and jungle pretty well.

...Did anyone else think of Diana when I said this? Because my inner theory crafter is screaming for me to do this when Ekko is banned but would be the perfect jungler for my team. She has absurd base damage, an aoe slow that doubles as an aoe knockup that's rather hard to dodge if she's anywhere close to you due to its extremely short cast time and, her absolutely stupid mobility aside, I feel like this solves her problem lategame of being so pick reliant and a little bit less of a team player as a result.

Anyone else think of this and try it already? I'm thinking something like Cinderhulk into Iceborne into Banshee's Veil; essentially Ekko atm, but some modifications to runes and masteries accordingly.

It's not that good, because she has no (the airborne time of her e isn't really noticeable and a short 55% on a long cd isn't that good either) utility, just damage.

First of all, she has no AoE knock up, just the slow that doesn't do much early rank. Her mobility is not "absolutely stupid." That is Ekko. She only has her dash on her ult which can be cast twice if you hit the skillshot Q. She can't get out of a sticky situation if she jumps in, unlike Kat or Ekko, who has Shunpo and the latter who has a stupid, annoying heal that also dashes him back to his ghost (he also has the dash on his spell that adds to his mobility). Her damage is about perfect in this meta, as she is basically in a great spot balanced wise and doesn't have too much to bring to the table unlike all the new champions they are spitting out these days. Also, she is classified more as a fighter than an assassin. She's more tankier than assassins as she can use her shield and proc her passive enough to stay in a fight and pull them in if they try to get away with her slow.

Going Tank Diana isn't really a good idea. I did it once cause at the time I couldn't do well with her against Yasuo, so I went tanky and did well. Now I can take him on with more of a AP and AS build and destroy him. I only think Tank Diana is viable if you are going top (usually just stick with tanks top), and occasionally tank in the jungle if the enemy is hella AD or stocky with tanks.
