Omega - The Undying Will (Zaunite champion concept, based off my future art)

First zaunite champion concept woo. This is based off the zaunite art thing I am making, it will include this guy in it, fighting some other champion from zaun apparantly, I am deciding either urgot, singed, or warwick. Lore (man I haven't made a lore for something in a long time): The lore is that there was a kid in zaun named Ares no last name. He was thrown in the slums of Zaun at a young age, who stole from others, even as far as reaching piltover to do so. Eventually, he made a small camp for himself and a few others out of the stolen pieces of metal. Eventually, they were found and captures, then were immediately ready to be tested of strength by Urgot. The children suffered serious pain through tests, while Ares just dealt with it all. Afterwards, Urgot decided Ares was the one who will live and follow him at a price. They "editted" Ares to become more powerful, by enhancing him with mechanical parts, granting him flight with mechanized, bladed wings, and a noxious "tail" attached to him, sharp enough to pierce through hextech equipment. The last of all the tests, he awakened, looking at his regular human self, he saw what he become seconds later. Later, he saw what happened to his friends, who were brutally executed. Driven by rage, he mercilessly killed any of Urgot's followers who stood in his way, making his escape. He constantly steels himself, ready for the day that he vanquishes all others in Zaun, even Piltover, who wish to bring suffering. Design: The design of Omega is a male human in his late teens, with snow white, shaggy hair, pale, and with toxic green eyes (due to the zaunite testing). As said in his lore, he has mechanized weaponry as a part of him. He has some sort of set of mechanical wings, that can shift forward into a set of large blades protruding from his back, as well they can expel a powerful energy to enable flight. The tail attached to him is a long, mechanical weapon that seems to work somewhat as a scorpion's. However, it has clawed hooks on the side of the tip of the tail, also a blade imbued with a highly noxious chemical can protrude from the tip at will. Without further or do, let's get to the moveset:

Role: Bruiser Lane: Jungle Damage: AD

Passive - Radioactive Overdrive: Omega does not use mana, instead he uses noxious energy to fuel himself. Every ability cast he does builds up the bar by 20 up to a max of 100. At 100, his next ability will deal more damage and apply a new effect, however, casting which will reset the meter down to 0. A sound effect will be played to notify you your in Radioactive Overdrive

Q - Pulsar Blasts: Omega's wings shift forward and rapid fire a barrage of nuclear energy. Omega fires up to 4 blasts, the first shot landing on the target location, while the other three strike at farther points ahead of it, damaging opponents caught in the blast, reducing their armor. Overdrive Q - Pulsar Blaze: Omega's shots deal addition ap damage based on the opponents max health, and the shots fire faster.

W - Energy Blades: Passive: If omega lands an ability on enemy champions, he will heal for 10% of the damage dealt, if it's an overdrive ability, the healing is doubled. Active: Omega dashes forward a short distance, his wings will shift into blades and lash them both out to the front and sides of him. Enemies hit in the front with be slowed and take small damage, but the wide cone range to either side of him deal larger damage and knock opponents back. The dash can also go through walls. Overdrive W - Radioactive Blades: The dash distance is longer, and the front range sends a wave of energy after the dash, damaging all opponents it passes through, also applying grievous wounds.

E - Piercing Persistence: Omega's tail lashes out, piercing into an enemy champion, or target location. If Omega's tail doesn't hit an enemy champion, it makes a knockup aoe at the target location. Once Omega's tail pierces into an enemy champion, he can keep his tail impaled into them for 3 seconds, reducing their movement and attack speed. If Omega recasts within those 3 seconds, he can throw them a certain distance, damaging enemies they collide into. Overdrive E - Noxious Persistence: Once the tail impaled itself into an enemy champion, it will greatly poison them, dealing 20% of their maximum health split over 5 seconds.

Ultimate - Ravager: Omega flies to a target location, grabbing the first enemy champion hit and channels for 2 seconds, being untargettable for the duration. After 2 seconds he slams the target enemy champion into the ground, dealing damage to them, and a knockup aoe around them, damaging and knockup up other enemies within the zone. If Omega recasts before he slams his opponent into the ground, he can fly in a target direction, dragging them off while flying fast, dealing massive damage to the opponent he is dragging. There is no overdrive to this ability.
