Time for a ULTIMATE EKKO SKIN academy is lame...

I learned to love league of legends but Come on Ekko is a highly played character who is not op but fun as hell to play, I started Season 5.12 and I am finally mastered at ekko, ty for the minor buffs much needed but still a lil weak but all good i can work around it, other thoughts many people do not understand Ekko's a Skirmisher Assasain and plays the poke, only problem is that even with redo there are many characters with bigger gap closers and easily out damage ekko. Even though ekko is suppose to be a good dps early game he aint. on other note, TIRED OF SANDSTORM EKKO plz add one more skin for Rotations! EKKO IS DUE AN ULTIMATE SKIN! Be safe in the Rift!
