why am i getting people in my promos afking?

for some reason you guys are matching me with afkers this is my fourth bronze 3 promo in 2 days and out of 9 games with a free win i have lost them all 5 afkers within the last nine wtfl? y do i keep getting people who afk or take the jg's gromp or tower dive under my tower level 1 and are a duo or trio. i dont understand in promos everyone should be solo q or in there promos as well this is ridicilous i cant climb cuz of bronze attitude and 4v5 no i aint gona be winning lane with a bard who is tower diving at level 1 even though i say no... again another elo below bronze for trolls, afkers.
