Kled Needs Some Love For His Dismounted Moments
Lets be honest here, there are some champs in lol that have sooo many and/or amazing mechanics in they're kits no that if they get a wee bit ahead you may as well call them Baron Gnasher 2.
Gnar's kit mechanics are similar in that you dont always have control of when you get what abilities but he always has access to his basic abilities no matter what form he has. if Kled is dismounted he's lost half his kit and has to choose between a difficult/near impossible attempt to flee or stick out the fight and hope he can survive long enough to get back skaarl (which chances become worse and worse as the game progresses).
Basically I just want Kled to have a dismounted E ability so that he can keep up with other champs. I understand Riot wants to keep this guy as an aggressive play-style but losing literally half your kit if your bursted well enough doesn't prompt a player to just all in a fight. Especially when your mobility becomes limited and you've lost what little cc you had. So here's a few suggestions that I've thought of to keep Kled competitive when he doesn't have the cowardly lizard.
Dismounted E - Back Ya Varmints! Cooldown - 14/13/12/11/10 seconds Passive - Kleds dismounted movement speed penalty when not moving toward enemy champions is reduced by 10/15/20/25/30. Active - Kled flails his polearm all around him, dealing 40/65/90/115/140(+60% AD) physical damage and applying on hit effects to all enemies in his basic attack range and knocking them back to a 200 radius around him and are stunned for 0.5 seconds.
Note - With this skill Kled can keep a relatively safe distance from other melee champs when needed and is useful for separating and isolating enemies to his teams advantage if positioned well.
Dismounted E - This's My Land! Cooldown - 14/13/12/11/10 seconds Passive - Kled generates 2/4/6/8/10 additional courage for damaging enemies and takedowns. Active - Kled Charges up to 550 units, knocking aside minions/monsters and stopping at the first epic monster/large monster or enemy champion hit, dealing 20/45/70/95/120(+60% AD) physical damage to enemies hit. If this charge hits an epic/large monster or enemy champion the cd for Violent Tendencies (if currently on cd) and this ability is reduced to 4 seconds and has Kled's Spite applied to them. Kled's Spite - the target is Grievously Wounded and will bleed for 6/7/8/9/10%(capped at 200 for epic monsters) physical damage of their max health over 4 seconds.
Note - This ability keeps with the aggressive play-style Riot intended for Kled and should make enemies think twice before believing he's easy prey without Skaarl.
